When your Volkswagen is repaired at a Volkswagen Approved Accident Repair Centre, the repair is backed by the Volkswagen 3-year Repair Authenticity Guarantee. Ask us for your Accident Repair Authenticity Guarantee certificate when your repair is complete.
We are also approved warranty repair agents for Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT and Škoda.

Not at a Volkswagen Approved Bodyshop. We follow Volkswagen Group repair guidelines and use genuine parts, so your manufacturer warranty is not invalidated.
It is Volkswagen’s 3-year guarantee covering repairs carried out at a Volkswagen Approved Accident Repair Centre. Ask us for your Accident Repair Authenticity Guarantee certificate when your repair is complete.
In most cases you can ask your insurer for your Volkswagen to be repaired at a Volkswagen Approved Bodyshop. Get in touch and we can talk you through it.
A courtesy car is available on request, subject to availability and requirements. We also offer collection and delivery and a complimentary taxi service.
