ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7, ID. Buzz and eHybrid models serviced in Perth by high-voltage trained Volkswagen technicians – from £199.
An electric Volkswagen has far fewer moving parts than a petrol or diesel car – no oil, no spark plugs, no cambelt. But the brakes, tyres, suspension, cabin filter and, above all, the high-voltage battery still need checking by people trained to work on them safely.

Fixed prices for every electric and hybrid Volkswagen, with Genuine Parts and a 2-year parts warranty.
Full inspection service for ID.3, ID.4, ID.5, ID.7 and ID. Buzz, including a high-voltage battery check and software status check.
Plug-in and mild hybrid models such as Golf, Tiguan, Passat and Touareg eHybrid need both the engine and the electric system serviced.

Prices are for Volkswagens aged 3–15 years and include VAT. Additional work is quoted before it is carried out.
Your ID.’s high-voltage battery is covered by Volkswagen for 8 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first, against dropping below 70% of its original capacity. A battery health check at every service records its condition – reassuring for you now, and valuable evidence when you come to sell.

A Golf, Tiguan, Passat or Touareg eHybrid combines a petrol engine with an electric motor and high-voltage battery, so it needs the full engine service – oil, filters, spark plugs – plus the high-voltage checks. Our technicians are trained on both.

Generally yes. There is no engine oil, spark plugs, cambelt or exhaust, so there is less to replace. Tyres, brakes, suspension, filters, the 12V battery and the high-voltage system still need checking.
Work on the high-voltage system should only be carried out by technicians trained and certified for it. Our Volkswagen technicians are, and using a Volkswagen Authorised Repairer keeps your battery warranty and digital service history intact.
Volkswagen covers the high-voltage battery for 8 years or 100,000 miles against losing more than 30% of its usable capacity. Regular servicing with a battery health check helps protect that cover.
