A clearer route from estimate to handover

01 · Before your estimate

Tell us about your vehicle and the damage

Have your registration number ready and describe the areas affected. If you email photographs, include a wider view of the vehicle and clear close-ups of the damage. Photographs can help explain the problem, but an inspection may still be needed to assess the work.

02 · Agreeing the work

Understand the proposed repair

Ask which areas will be repaired, what the estimate covers and whether further assessment is required. If you are making an insurance claim, tell the team at the outset and check the authorisation arrangements with your insurer before work proceeds.

03 · Planning your visit

Discuss how you will stay mobile

If you need a courtesy car, collection and delivery, or help travelling into Perth, ask the team before booking. Availability, eligibility, charges and any insurance requirements must be confirmed for your repair. Please do not assume a vehicle or transport has been reserved until agreed.

04 · While your vehicle is with us

Keep in touch with the team

Agree how you would like to be contacted and ask about the expected repair timescale. Parts supply and the extent of damage can affect timing. If further damage is identified during assessment or repair, ask how any changes to the scope and cost will be agreed.

05 · Collection and handover

Review the completed work

Arrange collection with the team. At handover, ask about the work completed, any paintwork aftercare and the terms of any repair guarantee that applies to your job. Keep your repair paperwork with your vehicle records.
