Recently there has been a lot of speculation in the media around car retailers re opening.
We are fully committed to adhering to the government guidelines to protect both our customers and colleagues until the HM Government confirms that it is safe for us to reopen.
In the meantime, though, we have been very busy planning and implementing a raft of measures which will protect customers and our team upon our return.
We are endeavouring to make our retail showroom and Service operation as safe as possible.
Our intention is to open with a range of customer booking options to include a “click and collect”, key drop and as many “contactless” functions as possible.
We will be producing and sending out communications, including video, with both current and new customers to fully explain these steps in detail - and to reassure you how seriously we are taking this.
A significant level of time and investment has gone into sourcing the personal protection such as face masks, sanitiser stations, gloves, sprays and full signage to keep your journey through the business safe and simple.
This will also ensure the highest level of safe working environment for all the team.
Although physically closed we are indeed fully Digitally open and you can view and even reserve online your perfect next car.
When that car is delivered to you very soon, be assured that a comprehensive full cleanse will have taken place.
