He was the person who I had contacted when I bought my S3 and he knew I really wanted the RS3. He had kept in regular contact with me throughout the three years I had the S3 with possible deals on the RS. The right deal came along and once again with the help from Craig we sealed the deal. He is a very pleasant, non pushy salesman with a wealth of information and an asset to Perth Audi.
I was working through a few model options and financing options and Angus was always willing/ able to provide quotes to me within a very short timescale, and was very patient with me leaving me feeling no pressure to make a quick decision. George was always there to back up the work Angus was doing, he arranged the handover and made the whole family feel very welcome when we collected our new car. Finance was explained clearly to me, this also included follow up phone calls. Two test drives were arranged, as well as giving me all the information of the 2 cars I was choosing between. Also spoke about my mum which was lovely - the personal touch. Was always kept up to date via e mail and phone regarding the progress of the car as well as after I drove it out the showroom. Had the best day ever!

Very satisfied. Didn't intend buying a new car but when my wife and I saw what was available and the options to buy, we didn't hesitate to buy the car. Only problem was to decide on the Sportsback or the Saloon. Noticed quite a few people staring at the car when driving past. Would recommend Perth Audi to friends. Only complaint would be that the interest rates are a bit high considering todays financial climate.
Just walking in to the dealership you are impressed with how the showroom is set up and the attitude of all staff.
From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed by staff and I felt very comfortable. The service provided by Craig Anderson was to a very high standard and he explained the documentation thoroughly and when I asked questions he explained to me in much detail. We telephoned and was asked what were we looking for in the q5 we told the car salesman our preferences and he said leave it with me and I will phone back in a couple of hours. This he did and had a car with the spec wanted. We discussed price and agreed to take car. Hassle free and first class service. Wish your inverness outlet could take a leaf out of perths book!!

Great from test drive to hand over. Nice touch having the car under cover for reveal when I arrived. Reception team really looked after and kept entertained my young daughter.
The car was turned around very quickly and the transaction was very smooth. Paul turned around a viewing of the car very quickly and allowed me to test drive the car and couldnt have been more helpful and Angus (who ive dealth with before) was fantastic as always.
As a first time Audi customer we felt that they made picking up our new A4 Black Edition Saloon a very special occasion,from the bacon rolls, tea, fizz, photographs and a voucher for lunch. You get well looked after and the level of customer service is very high.
Introduce me to a car that I didn’t even knew existed and now I’m so happy with this vehicle. Also unlike so many salesmen he listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressurised me into anything I didn’t want.

The whole experience from initial discussions in the forecourt with technicians,then with Gary Bell and Glenn Petrie, the rest of the sales staff, the admin staff, the front desk staff, the tea and biscuits, the bacon roll, the fizz and the flowers, everything was excellent.
We arrived with no appointment but were greeted warmly and he was excellent at keeping in touch with us regarding the progress of the purchase.
The whole process from selecting the car to the purchase of my previous vehicle and payment of the remaining finance on my behalf to the customer service on the day of collection and post sales have all been outstanding.
Normally I have found salesmen to be pushy and over eager for a sale. Iain was totally different , from sending a video within 20 minutes of my first enquiry, right through until our follow up call to see how the car was he made us feel at ease. Iain explained everything very well and at no point was he ever pushy. I will be highly recommending this dealership to my friends and family. Iain is definitely a great asset to Perth Audi.

Compared to any other garage I've dealt with normally wait days for a response,phone garage salesmen always busybut everytime I have phoned or emailed Tony was always on had to offer advice no waiting about.Makes buying a car so much easier.

Looked after the purchase of the car from start to finish in an efficient, friendly manner and so made the entire purchase process enjoyable and easy. He also made it clear the there would be no problem in coming back in a week or two to discuss any issues or further explanations that I might need. I intend to take up that offer in the next week or two.
The salesman, Bobby Lamond, was friendly and importantly, well informed about my car. He was able to answer all of my questions. The financial department were also thorough handling my details and offered explanations to any questions. I could not have expected a better handover had I purchased a new Bentley. I have purchased many cars over the years, but to date this was the most stylish delivery by far.

Daniel negotiated the deal with me with excellent communication throughout. Tony handed the car over to me and his product knowledge was exacting. Angus completed all the paperwork with me at handover and although this is probably the most tedious of tasks he explained everything and made the process simple and quick.
Responded to my initial email late in the evening. Long after normal working hours and was able to help with a trade in extremely quickly. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that were in the dealership and able to make sensible recommendations. Very welcoming when I went in to the dealership and very helpful in getting car prepared quickly for me.

I was impressed by the commitment of your team to find a car that was similar to the description that I had given. I was given all the information I needed and was kept up to date with timescales etc. All my queries were answered and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for the people I was in communication with. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with.
From the first moment I asked about the car I was interested in I was treated so well. I had seen the car advertised online and it wasn’t on display. Whilst I waited for it to be brought to me I was offered coffee and cakes and shown a new car which was very similar. As soon as I’d seen the car and said I was interested I was quickly taken on a test drive. Finance was set up very easily and I was attracted to the deal because of two free services. The day I collected my car was a day I’ll never forget. I was treated to coffee, cakes, fizzy drinks, free lunch for my sister and myself and a lovely bunch of flowers once my car was unveiled. I will never forget how helpful Richard Halder and Angus Fenton were to me and how special they made collection day. You can be sure I will return to Perth Audi one day when I need to change again. It won’t be soon though because I LOVE my Q2!

Craig was very professional and helpful. He clearly new his product and all the processes that go along with buying a new car with trade in and with a cherished plate.
As said, everything all went to plan and Gary kept us informed with emails and calls regarding the car. We got the car a lot earlier than expected as it was organised very well. Gary the sales guy wasn't pushy at all, which was great, he was very helpful from start to finish.
